Frequently Asked Questions 2016<\/h2>\n

We want to make your LPA journey as easy and enjoyable as possible! Do you have questions that you would like to ask, or little things you\u2019ve wondered about along your LPA way? Our online platform is kitted out for exactly that and you can browse frequently asked questions and their answers, or initiate an online chat with one of our Awesome Experts. To give you an idea of the kind of info available on the website, here are some of the top frequently asked questions and their answers:<\/p>\n

  1. Once I have become a member what is the first and most important step?<\/strong>
    \nLog onto www.leisureportfolio.co.za and access your personal \u2018Dashboard\u2019 where you can manage everything relating to your membership and more.<\/li>\n
  2. Where do I see my Portfolio and Accounts?<\/strong>
    \nLogin to your LPA \u201cDashboard\u201d, and select \u201cAccount\u201d. You can then view your Portfolio as well as view and pay Fees or check insurance details (if applicable). To return to the LPA dashboard, select the \u201cHome\u201d button on the top right.<\/li>\n
  3. How do I determine my Occupation Date each year?<\/strong>
    \nResort Calendars change each year, depending on school holiday dates. Login to the website, open your \u201cDashboard\u201d, click on the \u201cAccount\u201d icon, click on the \u201cPortfolio\u201d icon and view the \u201cArrival and Departure\u201d dates for your week.<\/li>\n
  4. How do I print my Confirmation Letter to occupy my week?<\/strong>
    \nLogin to your LPA dashboard and select the \u201cBookings\u201d icon. Select \u201cView Bookings\u201d. Under the \u201cOwnership\u201d drop down, your LPA week details will appear provided you have not banked and exchanged, or rented out, your week. To print out your letter, select the blue \u201cPrint\u201d icon next to your LPA week details. You will then be given the following options:
    \nYou can select \u201cConfirm\u201d to print out your Confirmation Letter thus confirming your stay at your LPA Resort. It will pull up your Confirmation Letter and you can continue to print it.
    \nYou can select \u201cCreate Guest Certificate\u201d if you are confirming a stay on behalf of friends or family members who will be occupying your week; fill in their details and you can continue to print the Guest Certificate for them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
