Step 1:<\/strong>\u00a0Go to the\u00a0LPA website<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/strong>\u00a0Click on\u00a0Member Login;<\/strong>\u00a0you will be directed to the\u00a0LPA online platform<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong>\u00a0Type in your\u00a0login details<\/strong>\u00a0(email and password)<\/em>\u00a0as per your welcome email and click\u00a0Login.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After Logging in to\u00a0LPA\u2019s Online Portal<\/strong>, you can use your\u00a0Tokens<\/strong>\u00a0to book an\u00a0Exchange Booking.<\/em><\/p>\n

Step 4:<\/strong>\u00a0Click here<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and follow the simple\u00a0LPA Options How-to-Guide<\/strong>\u00a0steps on how to book an\u00a0Exchange Booking<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Step 5:<\/strong>\u00a0Use your\u00a0Tokens<\/strong>\u00a0to\u00a0Book for a Later Date, Larger Unit Size or Different Resort<\/strong>
\n(an Exchange Fee applies)<\/em><\/p>\n

6.\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n

Remember<\/strong>\u00a0you can use your\u00a0Tokens<\/strong>\u00a0from the\u00a0previous<\/em>\u00a0year to\u00a0book a larger unit<\/strong>\u00a0than previously qualified for. It also means that you can\u00a0qualify<\/strong>\u00a0for a\u00a0peak week<\/strong>\u00a0through the\u00a0accumulation<\/em>\u00a0of your\u00a0Tokens<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Please note<\/strong>\u00a0that\u00a0an upgrade fee<\/strong>\u00a0will apply when you\u00a0Deposit your off-peak week into the Exchange Pool<\/strong>, and when you\u00a0opt to upgrade into a peak season<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If you don’t have enough Tokens<\/strong>\u00a0to book a larger unit you can always\u00a0top up with Tokens<\/strong>\u00a0at\u00a0an additional fee<\/strong>\u00a0per Token.<\/p>\n
