  3. Above rates are valid for bookings made for 2020 occupation.
  4. Rates for 2019 are still available for bookings made and occupied in 2019.
  5. Bookings must be made through our Reservations Call Centre on 012 996 5106 to qualify.
  6. Members are limited to 5 EXTRAordinary Bookings per year.
  7. School holidays, peak periods and long weekends do not apply.
  8. Only Club system (Consoft) stock may be used.
  9. No RCI / special stock may be booked on an EXTRAordinary Booking.
  10. EXTRAordinary Bookings may only be confirmed at VRS Managed Resorts.
  11. An EXTRAordinary Booking may not be confirmed at any of the Resorts that is excluded from this offer.
  12. Members are not permitted to on rent accommodation purchased through the EXTRAordinary Booking system.
  13. Should a member on rent accommodation purchased through the EXTRAordinary Booking system with no rental agreement signed, the reservation will be cancelled with full forfeiture of the monies paid.
  14. Should a member wish to on rent an EXTRAordinary Booking, the member will be permitted to agree to our Rental Agreement, and will no longer qualify for the discounted rate.
