Make sure that you print your confirmation letter. This action serves to confirm to the Resort that you will be coming home. Plus, it’s the best way to start getting excited about your breakaway! Don’t forget to take your printed confirmation letter along on holiday as you will need to present this at the resort in order to gain access.

AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP

As a member, you automatically receive free membership with some of our accredited partners, which includes TradeUnipoint.com for rental options. We encourage you to check them out so that you can make the most of your LPA portfolio.

Portfolio Fees must be paid at least three months prior to the occupation date. Pack your printed confirmation letter before you leave home.

CANCELLATION FEE

Please note that there is a nominal Cancellation Fee, which will be charged according to the Club Cancellation Policy. This is subject to change annually.

2019 EXCHANGE FEE

Please note that for 2019, there will be an Exchange Fee increase. When making an exchange reservation online through the LPA dashboard, the 2019 Exchange Fee is R947.00; when making an exchange reservation through the LPA Call Centre, the Exchange Fee for 2019 is R975.00. Please note that it is subject to change annually.
