  1. This is a cash offer only.
  2. R 99 will be donated towards African Blessings, this is non-refundable.
  3. Above rates are valid for bookings made for 2024 occupation.
  4. EXTRAordinary Escape Bookings may not be made for occupation during school holidays, peak periods and long weekends.
  5. Members are limited to 5 EXTRAordinary Escape Bookings per year, before the price increases.
  6. All Reservations are subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
  7. EXTRAordinary Escape Bookings cannot be cancelled. Monies paid will be considered a cancellation fee. You may, however, send someone in your place if you cannot occupy.
  8. Only Club system stock may be used.
  9. No exchange / special stock may be booked on a EXTRAordinary Escape Booking.
  10. A EXTRAordinary Escape Booking may not be confirmed at any of the Resorts that is excluded from this offer.
  11. Members are not permitted to rent out accommodation purchased through the EXTRAordinary Escape Booking system.
  12. Should a member rent out accommodation purchased through the EXTRAordinary Escape Booking system with no rental agreement signed, the reservation will be cancelled with full forfeiture of the monies paid.
    Should a member wish to rent out a EXTRAordinary Escape Booking, the member will be permitted to agree to our Rental Agreement, and will no longer qualify for the discounted rate.
