EXTRAordinary (Bonus) Bookings may not be made for occupation during School holidays, peak periods and long weekends.
Members are limited to 5 EXTRAordinary Escape Bookings per year, before the price increases.
All Reservations are subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis.
EXTRAordinary Escape Bookings cannot be cancelled. Monies paid will be considered a cancellation fee. You may, however, send someone in your stead if you cannot occupy.
Only Club system stock may be used.
No exchange / special stock may be booked on an EXTRAordinary Escape Booking.
An EXTRAordinary Escape Booking may not be confirmed at any of the Resorts that is excluded from this offer.
Members are not permitted to rent out accommodation purchased through the EXTRAordinary Escape Booking system.
Should a member rent out accommodation purchased through the EXTRAordinary Escape Booking system with no rental agreement signed, the reservation will be cancelled with full forfeiture of the monies paid.
Should a member wish to rent out an EXTRAordinary Escape Booking, the member will be permitted to agree to our Rental Agreement, and will no longer qualify for the discounted rate.

The Exchange Fee for 2023 reservations will be R1065.00. Please note that it is subject to change annually.
Please note, for your protection, strict security protocols are followed when dealing with queries in regards to your portfolio.. For member verification purposes, please ensure you have your ID number, postal address, e-mail address and cell number on hand when calling in. Should you wish to provide access to your portfolio to a third party, or allow a third party to transact on your behalf, they will require a full Power of Attorney in order to do so.
